If you email us, for mentoring, it’s useful to mention how many mentoring sessions you want, what sort of book you’re writing (with a sample, if possible) and anyone you’d prefer as a mentor (although we’ll gladly suggest people). For manuscript asessessment, let us know how long your manuscript is, what sort of book it is and any mentor you’d prefer as a manuscript assessor.
Mentoring fees
- Twelve one-hour monthly mentoring meetings (face-to-face or via videocall) plus agent session
£2155 (15% per session off our one-off rate) - Nine one-hour monthly mentoring meetings (face-to-face or via videocall) plus agent session
£1755 (10% per session off our one-off rate) - Six one-hour monthly mentoring meetings (face-to-face or via videocall) plus agent session
£1295 (5% per session off our one-off rate) - One-off mentoring session (videocall)
£195 - Bespoke: let us know what you’re looking for, via studio@ruppinagency.com or the application form, and we’ll quote you a price.
Manuscript assessment fees
Manuscript of up to 60,000 words: £625
Each additional 5000 words: £30
£50 discount for manuscript assessment booked within 12 months of completing a Writers’ Studio mentoring programme (of 6 months or more)

Payments
Payments are accepted by bank transfer only. For international payments, please use Wise. Payments due within seven days of acceptance of application and return of contract. For details on our refund policy, please see our FAQ page.
VAT
A small number of our mentors charge VAT. We will let you know if this applies to any of your preferred mentors before you decide to go ahead.
